To purchase the products displayed on the platform, it will be necessary to make a one-time payment for each item. The platform allows the creation of a customer account, with the user's chosen email address and password, to facilitate login and future purchases.
These data will be processed and incorporated into our database, as indicated in our section on the protection of personal data contained in our privacy policies.
To make a purchase, the user must access a product and click on the "Buy Now" button, and the system will automatically redirect them to the payment page. The system will connect to a third party payment gateway and request the user's Credit or Debit card details.
After the payment is confirmed by our third party payment gateway, the user will be sent to the purchase confirmation page with instructions to access our website.
Upon receiving your order, you will receive an email from us with the details of your purchase. From that moment, the purchase order will be processed within the next 24 hours.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order, they must contact us at the email address customersupport@velliet.com within the first 24 hours of creating the order. Once the email is received, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified by email. If the customer does not communicate with us within 24 hours of the order date, the purchased items will be sent to the provided address.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we (Velliet) offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
