Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your product arrived damaged or have a manufacturing error, you may reach out to us for further assistance. Please see below for more information on our return and refunds policy.

 

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Velliet offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. Please note that the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.

Please note that Velliet will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if a customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return request and inspecting the condition of your item (photos/video), we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 billing cycles. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@velliet.com.
